Niagara Tradition's Own Black IPA Kit  Dark, malty, highly hopped. Delicious.  This kit is one of the latest added to our line up and is a great example of a new and popular American beer style.  Our Black IPA comes packed with a special blend of 5 varieties of grain malt, 4 ounces of hops for the kettle and one more ounce of hops for dry hopping.   ABV∼ 7.8%

Anniversary IPA Boxed Ingredient Kit.  By popular demand, we’ve added a hoppy American IPA to our popular line of ingredient kits.  This one includes leaf hops for dry hopping and a unique combination of specialty malts that sets it apart from others.    As always, our kits are derived from our own tested recipes or winning recipes from our customers (not a number cruncher’s).  We draw upon our full inventory for ingredients and inspiration and Niagara Tradition Kits are available exclusively through our store or website.
