Dextrose or brewers sugar is preferred to cane sugar in beer making for its smoother, more refined taste. Also used for priming (carbonating) sugar in bottles and kegs.

Instructions:
Use 5 1/2 cups (2 lbs) to 'fill out' a 3.3 to 4lb canned beer kit. Use 3/4 cup (rounded 1/2 tsp per 12oz bottle) to prime (carbonate) a 5 gallon batch.
