We tweaked this recipe for a Smoked Porter using Briess' malt extracts and smoked malt.  We think you'll find it a delicious, dark, malty brew of moderate strength and just the right hint of smokiness.  A great beer any time of year; it would pair well with rich cheeses, smoked fish, hearty stews and barbeque.
