The inspiration for this kit was a friendly little competition between homebrewing brothers, Bert and Ian. They each put forth their best recipe and served the resulting beers here at the store. One was the clear winner in a “people’s choice” vote. A pale golden ale brewed with wheat, cardamom and orange peel for a uniquely spicy flavor and aroma. A refreshing and smooth crowd pleaser.  Sorry Bert.  ABV∼ 5%
